2026 Praisefest Vendor Registration

2026 Flint Hills Praisefest

Flint Hills Praisefest is the largest free Christian music festival in Kansas, offering a family-friendly environment where people can worship God together. Praisefest is founded on three pillars: Community, Worship, and Generosity.

Please review the vendor details below and complete a vendor form to be considered for a vendor space at 2026 Flint Hills Praisefest. Praisefest has been able to put on this event free for all attendees year after year, and vendor fees and donations help make that possible.

After your form submission, we will contact you by email to approve your entry. We look forward to welcoming our vendors to Bold Hope at Flint Hills Praisefest 2026.

    FAQ:

I want electrical. What options are there? Do I need to bring an extension cord?
There are some outlet options, and you will likely need an extension cord because the pole boxes are spaced out. Some outlets require a converter, which you must provide.

I’m a nonprofit organization. Do I still need to pay the vendor fee?
Yes. All vendors are required to pay before Praisefest. A payment link will be sent to approved vendors, or checks may be mailed to our office.

What do I need to bring as a general vendor?
You will likely want a pop-up tent, table(s), chairs, and display items. Please plan for heat or wind as this is an outdoor event. Wi-Fi is not provided. We do not have tables or chairs available to loan.

Why do I need to set up before the event starts?
We ask all vendors to be fully set up before visitors arrive to help ensure safety on site. There will be vehicle traffic, electrical cords, tents, and stage setup taking place during load-in.

Why do we ask food vendors to arrive on Friday if possible?
Many food trucks need extra room to maneuver. If possible, we prefer to place food vendors before pop-up tents are set up.

I would like the same spot I had last year. Is that possible?
All spots are determined by a number of factors. Food vendors are assigned based on proximity to water and electrical units. All other vendors are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, with city regulations and safety as the top priority.

How do I know if I’m an approved and paid vendor?
You should receive an email from our vendor email address indicating your status. If you have not received an email at least one week before the event, please contact the vendor coordinator.

Can I attend the other events, or is it limited to just the public?
Yes, please come for the entire weekend and invite your friends and family.

My information has changed since I submitted my application. How do I update it?
    Email vendors@praisefest.org.

This is my first time being a vendor. What should I expect?
Once you submit the vendor application, you’ll receive an email explaining the process if approved. Payment is the next step, and closer to the event you’ll receive details about arrival, setup, and teardown.

I already paid to be a vendor and I’m not able to attend. What now?
    Email vendors@praisefest.org for next steps.
