Reach a unique audience at Praisefest, a FREE full-day Christian music festival in Manhattan, Kansas. Guests travel from 100+ miles to listen to good music and spend time with their families. We expect a crowd of 10,000 people this year.

 

Food Vendors

This is an outdoor event that stretches through the night. Our festivalgoers are sure to get hungry and thirsty! Most food vendors sell out because of the size of the crowd.

Community Vendors

There is a lot of interaction between guests and vendors throughout the day. Connect with this diverse group and tell them about your business, church, nonprofit, or hobby.

Positive Atmosphere

Vendors tell us it’s refreshing to be in an environment where people help each other and really care.

Contagious Generosity

For-profit vendors share 10% of their festival sales with our featured charities.

Flint Hills Praisefest is the largest free Christian music festival in Kansas, offering a family-friendly environment where people can worship God together. Praisefest is founded on three pillars: Community, Worship, and Generosity, and in 2026 we are gathering under the theme of Bold Hope.praisefest+1

Vendor Details

Please review the vendor details below and complete a vendor form to be considered for a vendor space at 2026 Flint Hills Praisefest. Praisefest has been able to offer this event free to attendees year after year, and vendor fees and donations help make that possible. After your form submission, we will contact you by email to approve your entry. We look forward to welcoming our vendors to Bold Hope at Flint Hills Praisefest 2026.

Event Location: Cico Park, 1710 Avery Ave, Manhattan, Kansas 66503.
Vendor Opportunity: September 26, 2026.
Vendor Set Up Time: 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Vendor Tear Down Time: 8:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

  • All vendors are required to pay for a booth space, excluding sponsors with agreed vendor benefits.

  • $100 Booth Space per 10x10 booth space.

  • $120 Booth Space with Electrical for a 10x10 booth space.

  • $175 Vending Space for Food/Drink Vendors, which includes one vehicle or trailer, electric, and water access.

  • We request that for-profit vendors tithe 10% of proceeds to the Vendor Coordinator prior to tear down.

  • Payment can be made at praisefest.org/become-a-vendor-payment or checks can be made payable to 314 Tuttle Creek Blvd. Ste. D.praisefest+1

  • Payment must be received by August 30, 2026.

  • All space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis when applications are submitted. Locations are not determined until closer to the event date.

  • Vendors are responsible for providing tents, tables, chairs, and extension cords, excluding sponsors with agreed vendor benefits.

  • Praisefest is an outdoor event and weather may vary, so please plan accordingly. Flint Hills Praisefest may be cancelled if the Cico Park area is included in thunderstorm or tornado warnings issued by the National Weather Service during the event. No vendor refunds are available.

  • One vendor gate pass will be issued for each booth space. Additional passes may be issued upon request.

  • Vendors will receive vendor passes and space assignments one week prior to the event.
